Citizens of the following countries do not need an Azerbaijan visa for stays of up to 90 days: Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan.
Transit and short stay single entry visas for up to 7 days may be obtained upon entry at the H. Aliyev International Airport of Baku. The following must be provided: visa application form, 2 passport-type photographs and the consular fee.
All foreigners visiting Azerbaijan for a period of more than 30 days must register their passports with the local passport-registration authorities.
